Clinic Services
I'm an athletic trainer, and if your sport is *life*, I'm here to help you.
What wears bodies down? It's less catastrophic things and more imbalances in movement patterns. I see that in every human, whether your day job is crushing defenders or cruising the internet. I identify those bad patterns and help your body relearn something better.
I work with people within their limits of comfort and what's achievable in their daily life. I recognize you're probably not going to change your core patterns, so we work to counteract those forces so you can eventually even out your movement. I am very practical. I won't force you into a program that doesn't work for you

Concussions aren’t just an athlete’s injury — they can happen to anyone.
Whether it’s from a fall, a car accident, or even a bump to the head at work or home, concussions can affect people of all ages and lifestyles. While many think of a concussion as “just a headache,” the reality is that it can impact every part of your daily life. You may experience dizziness, fatigue, blurred vision, trouble concentrating, memory issues, mood changes, or difficulty sleeping — all of which can interfere with work, relationships, and your overall quality of life. That’s why proper concussion rehabilitation is so important. Without the right care, symptoms can linger for weeks or even months, making it harder to return to normal activities.
The Concussion Rehabilitation Program is designed to help you safely and confidently recover — whether your goal is to get back to work, school, sport, or gardening.
The program provides comprehensive, individualized therapy that focuses on:
Symptom management and recovery education
Balance and vestibular retraining
Visual and cognitive exercises
Graduated return-to-work and return-to-sport programs
Lori will work with you every step of the way to restore function, build confidence, and get you back to feeling like yourself again.
Recover fully. Return confidently. Get back to what you love.

What to Expect
I've worked with world-class athletes and office workers, and across the board, we all suffer from muscle imbalances that cause pain. In our sessions, I’ll use a variety of therapies based on how your body is responding to treatment, so that we’re providing your body with an optimal environment for healing itself.
Therapeutic Massage
Designed to address specific areas of concern, therapeutic massage improves pain and mobility.
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
Also called scraping, this is used to break down scar tissue, improve blood flow, realign tissue fibers and restore mobility.
Dry Needling
Helps activate natural pain relievers in the body, relax tension in muscles, and improves muscle elasticity.
Electric Stimulation
Useful for pain control, resetting the nervous system, calm down excited muscles, and re-educate muscles after surgery.
Cupping
Helps to bring blood flow and nutrients to an area that needs healing. Dynamic cupping stretches muscle fibers to release toxins and improve flexibility.
Movement Therapy
Therapeutic exercise programs tailored to your needs, which can be built into your home or gym workouts.

Do you take insurance?
No, but your sessions may be covered by other health benefits, such as FSAs or HSAs.
While insurance coverage can make this type of care more accessible, it also creates limitations in how care can proceed. Without insurance company limits, we can proceed with care in a schedule that works for you, and adjust what we’re treating and how we’re doing it at any time.
