I’ve helped people who:
Have joint pain that is not getting better and tired of the pain pills and muscle relaxers.
Have completed Physical Therapy and need additional help returning to their normal means of physical activity.
Have aches and pains that you need help with and don’t want to use insurance to resolve the issue.
Struggle with Neck or Lower Back Pain from “sleeping weird”, from sitting in the car a lot, of being at a computer for work.
Suffer have joint and muscle pain that is interfering with activities Ex- Hiking, Gym Workouts, Sport
Are preparing for or recovering from joint, muscle, or bone surgery, and would like to incorporate my services collectively with Physical Therapy and are interested refining their medical care team.
Any body can get into a pattern where muscles ache and movement causes pain. I evaluate movement patterns, and then use manual therapy techniques, movement therapy, dry needling and cupping to reduce pain and discomfort and get you moving freely again.
